Sparkling Skylands Walkthrough: Rebuild The Huge Building in Pokopia (Mewtwo Reveal!) (2026)

In the world of Pokémon Pokopia, the final town of Sparkling Skylands is a beautiful yet chaotic realm. It's a sky-based paradise, a blend of Celadon and Saffron City, with a vibrant yellow hue and a surprising amount of trash. This guide will take you through the essential quests to clear the Sparkling Skylands section, focusing on making concrete, Tinkagears, and helping Tinkmaster rebuild the Skyland Building skyscraper.

To begin, you must have cleared the previous towns: Withered Wasteland, Bleak Beach, and Rocky Ridges, and achieved the Ultra Trainer Rank. Once you've reached the Ultra rank, you can access Sparkling Skylands through the gate in the north part of the Wasteland, the west park of Bleak Beach, or the east side of Rocky Ridges. These locations are all interconnected, making navigation a breeze.

Upon arrival, follow Professor Tangrowth to the lift, which will take you to the Pokémon Center. Here, you'll encounter a friendly Rookidee. Engage with them and then speak to Tangrowth to find Sprigatito and Froakie. The first step is to raise the Environment Level to Level 3, so it's time to build habitats!

The initial two 'mons you'll want are Sprigatito and Froakie. To attract them, build a Tree-shaded Pink Tall Grass habitat. You can also create other habitats like Fluffy Flower Bed, Hydrated Fluffy Flower Bed, and Tree-shaded Fluffy Flower Bed to increase the Environment Level. These habitats will attract various Pokémon, so make several duplicates.

When you meet Froakie, they'll provide a hint for a Waterside Dinghy habitat. To power up Leafage, eat a Salad and ensure you have 2x duckweed and a Canoe. Build the habitat near the patch of water mentioned earlier, and Dragonite will appear, teaching you how to fly (Glide). This skill is invaluable for exploring the entire map.

Next, fly to the nearby island with a big stack of trash. Climb the tower to meet Tinkmaster, who's been building structures from trash. They're willing to help rebuild the town but need concrete. To make concrete, you'll need Limestone, which can be obtained by breaking sandy-colored blocks with Rock Smash or Rollout.

Once you have Limestone, return to the first island and find a Furnace. You'll need 2 Iron Scaffolds and 1 Iron Pipe to build a habitat, attracting Conkeldurr, who knows how to make concrete. Place a Concrete Mixer by some water, and you'll have your concrete supply.

Tinkmaster will then request one piece of Iron Ingot to make Tinkagears, which are essential for building the Lift Platform. Follow Tinkmaster to the bottom and craft the platform, allowing you and Tinkmaster to ride the lift between the islands.

The quest to rebuild the Skyland Building is an exciting challenge. Start by following Tinkmaster to the huge building, where the road has collapsed. You can either construct a pathway or build a Lift Platform to connect the islands. Once at the building's front, work your way up floor by floor, with Tinkmaster providing new ideas for each level.

Each floor takes one hour of Pokémon real-time to complete. You can adjust the time on your Switch 2, but be warned, it's considered cheating! The requirements for the Second Floor include 25x Concrete, 10x Glass, 5x Pokémetal, 10x Iron Ingots, Tinkmaster, and 5x other Pokémon.

For the Third Floor, you'll need 25x Concrete, 10x Glass, 10x Glowing Stone, 15x Copper Ingots, Tinkmaster, Chef Dente, and 6x other Pokémon. Don't forget to gather materials like Glowing Stone from Rocky Ridges and Copper Ingots from a Furnace.

The Fourth Floor introduces a twist with no more Ingots but more constructable materials. You'll need 40x Concrete, 15x Glass, 10x Paper, 10x Bricks, 20x Lumber, Tinkmaster, Chef Dente, Peakychu, and 5x other Pokémon. Obtain Lumber and Bricks by giving Rookidee Small Logs and Squishy Clay to Combusken or Vulpix, respectively.

To get Paper, build the Professor's Apprentice Program habitat and give Metang wastepaper to recycle it into paper. With all materials gathered, drop them off, wait for another hour, and the skyscraper will be complete! Ride the elevator to the top, examine the Master Ball, and meet Mewtwo.

Finally, head back down to finish the important request, and your Pokémon Center will be ready. The game's end is near, so ensure you've been rebuilding Pokémon Centers, raising the Environment Level, and exploring the walkthrough hub for more guidance.
